SOLVED: api-ms-core-libraryloader-l1-1-1.dll missing error

Recently many users have encountered the following error when trying to upgrade to Windows 10

The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-1-1.dll or api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

The issue can be easily fix. Just replace C:\Windows10Upgrade\wimgapi.dll with the one from C:\Windows\System32\wimgapi.dll
